Made from Cheddar spiked with beer and wholegrain mustard, Y Fenni really packs a punch. Y Fenni is a delicious addition to any ploughman’s lunch – it pairs nicely with brown ale too – and it melts well, so goes wonderfully on toasted sourdough.
Previously made by Abergavenny Fine Foods in mid-Wales, this creamy cheddar cheese continues to be made in Wales with Welsh produce and blended with additional ingredients to the same recipe we all know and love just across the border. As it has become a well-loved staple of the cheeseboard, we will continue to stock this great cheese.
Y Fenni is made in 150g and 1.5kg waxed wheels, so if you order 1.5kg you will receive a whole wheel.
