• Mon Las Blue 200g Mon Las is an intensely rich and creamy Blue cheese made by Caws Rhyd y Delyn on Anglesey. This delightfully creamy and salty cheese is produced by following a Welsh take on a Gorgonzola recipe.
• Gorwydd Caerphilly 200g Gorwydd Caerphilly is matured for longer than most farmhouse Caerphillys, giving it a unique depth of flavour. It has a firm, lemony, lactic core and a creamy more savoury layer just beneath the rind.
• Saval 180g A rich, pungent and tangy raw-milk cheese made by Caws Teifi Cheese in Ceredigion. Saval is rind-washed, which gives it its gorgeously strong aroma and creamy but dense and savoury taste.
