Welsh Classics Collection Contents:

  • Perl Wen 200g
One of Caws Cenarth’s best loved cheeses, Perl Wen is a glorious and unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili.
  • Perl Las 200g
Perl Las is a superb Welsh blue cheese made by the Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. This delicious golden cheese has been a Gold Medal Winner at the World Cheese Awards.
  • Black Bomber Cheddar 200g
The multi-award winning Little Black Bomber Cheddar is a modern classic. The Snowdonia Cheese Company’s flagship cheese, it marries a rich and tangy Cheddar flavour with a smooth creaminess that lingers on the palate.
  • Teifi Natural 200g
Teifi Natural is an organic raw-milk Gouda-style cheese made by Caws Teifi in Ceredigion. It has a mellow, almost sweet flavour and a dense, smooth texture.
  • Gorwydd Caerphilly 200g
Gorwydd Caerphilly is matured for longer than most farmhouse Caerphillys, giving it a unique depth of flavour. It has a firm, lemony, lactic core and a creamy more savoury layer just beneath the rind which is known as the ‘breakdown’.
  • Drewi Sant 200g
This distinctive cheese from Pant Mawr Cheeses is washed with mead to give it a fruity tang and rich flavour. It has a soft, Brie-like texture and is a beautiful addition to any cheeseboard or picnic hamper.
  • Pant ys Gawn 125g
This beautifully fresh, creamy goats cheese was developed by Tony Craske, owner of Abergavenny Fine Foods, and takes its name from his farm.
