This Gouda-style cheese with sweet peppercorns, paprika and sweet peppers is made by Caws Teifi in Ceredigion. The recipe is based on their Teifi Natural, with the extra ingredients adding a lovely little kick on top of the smoky background flavours. Try it as part of a tapas platter, or served alongside cured meats. Teifi Sweet Pepper won Silver at the British Cheese Awards in 2019.
