This delicious collection is made up of four of Wales’ finest artisan cheeses from four different cheesemakers. The collection brings together a Cheddar from Ceredigion, a blue from Anglesey, a Brie from the Wye Valley and a smoked cheese from Pembrokeshire. A true taste of the wonderful cheeses made in all regions of the country.

  • Hafod Cheddar 200g
    Hafod (pronounced Havod) is an unpasteurised Cheddar-style cheese with a buttery, rich texture and the slight sharpness that comes with an excellent mature Cheddar.
  • Mon Las 200g
    Mon Las is an intensely rich and creamy blue cheese made by Caws Rhyd y Delyn on Anglesey. This delightfully creamy and salty cheese is produced by following a Welsh take on a Gorgonzola recipe.
  • Angiddy 200g
    Angiddy is an award-winning soft cheese recently launched by Brooke’s Dairy, a family farm in the Wye Valley. Angiddy is mould ripened and similar in style to a brie or camembert.
  • Smoked Cerwyn 200g
    This beauty from Pant Mawr Cheeses retains the creamy texture of Caws Cerwyn but has a deeply savoury tang having been cold smoked over oak from sustainable forests.
