This delightful quartet of Welsh cheeses is a perfect introduction to the quality and variety of cheese that’s made here in Wales. It includes two of our most famous cheeses, the Hafod Cheddar and the blue Perl Las, as well as Angiddy, a newer but equally delicious Brie-style cheese, and Caerfai’s traditional Caerffili.

Serves 4 – 6 people.

Small Welsh Cheeseboard Selection Contents:

  • Hafod Cheddar 200g Hafod (pronounced Havod) is an unpasteurised Cheddar-style cheese with a buttery, rich texture and the slight sharpness that comes with an excellent mature Cheddar.
  • Caerfai Caerffili 180g Caerfai Caerffili is a traditional unpasteurised Welsh Caerffili made at Caerfai Farm, just south of St David’s, Pembrokeshire. The farm has been organic since 1993 and the family have been cheese-making since 1996.
  • Angiddy 200g Angiddy is an award-winning soft cheese recently launched by Brooke’s Dairy, a family farm in the Wye Valley. Angiddy is mould ripened and similar in style to a Brie or Camembert.
  • Perl Las 200g Perl Las is a superb Welsh blue cheese made by the Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. This delicious golden cheese has been a Gold Medal Winner at the World Cheese Awards.

All orders are sent out in our attractive recyclable gift boxes, with all cheese wrapped in our wool-based biodegradable insulation which will keep your cheese chilled and well-protected during its journey.

We send all orders for overnight delivery with one of the UK’s leading couriers. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to the highlands and islands.
