Sinodun Hill is a soft, pasteurised goat’s cheese made by Fraser Norton and Rachel Yarrow on their farm in Carmarthenshire.

Fraser and Rachel have been cheesemakers since 2015, getting their start as tenant farmers for the Earth Trust Farm in Oxfordshire. In 2025, they moved to their very own farm, Pencrug, in Wales, where Rachel’s parents previously worked in the 1970s.

Sinodun Hill is a unique, mousse-y cheese with a flavour that deepens as it ages from yoghurty and citrusy to notes of red berry and almond. It has a stark, ivory rind which seasonally develops blooms of blue, green and white mould.
