A mild goat’s milk cheese made on Anglesey by Y Cwt Caws, a small family-run cheesemaker. Seiriol Wyn still has a depth of flavour but is not overpowering. Produced entirely by hand, using traditional methods and milk from a mixed herd of Saanans, Toggenburgs and Alpine goats. A go-to for those who are trying goats’ cheese for the first time.
