We’ve enhanced our seaweed hamper to truly celebrate one of Wales’ most famous delicacies, laver seaweed. Dà Mhìle seaweed gin is a unique organic spirit created by John Savage-Onstwedder in Ceredigion, West Wales. The seaweed is hand-collected from the Celtic coast and left in the gin for 3 weeks to infuse. The result is a smooth aromatic gin with a hint of sea salt.
We’ve paired the gin with four fantastic Welsh cheeses: Teifi Seaweed – a traditional flavoured Gouda, Caws Cryf – a sharp extra mature Cheddar, Ruby Mist – a waxed cheddar with a warming hint of brandy and Port and Cenarth Brie – a gooey, creamy soft cheese from West Wales. We’ve also included Welshman’s Caviar – dried and toasted laver seaweed from Pembrokeshire, a Rhubarb and Gin Chutney, a Welsh tonic water and a decadent chocolate from Coco Pzazz.

Dà Mhìle is an organic gin hand-crafted in Ceredigion, West Wales. This unique seaweed variety is made with laver collected from the Celtic coast.

An organic and unpasteurised Gouda-style cheese made by Caws Teifi in West Wales.
- Caws Cryf 200g
A fantastically sharp extra-mature Cheddar from Carwyn Adams of Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire.
- Ruby Mist Cheddar 200g
This boozy offering combines mature Cheddar with a warming hint of brandy and Port, creating a rich, smooth and deliciously indulgent cheese.
- Cenarth Brie 200g
This traditional French-style Brie from Caws Cenarth has a distinctive and well-rounded mushroomy flavour which grows with age. It has a creamy white interior synonymous with a classic Brie, along with a delightfully gooey centre.
- Coco Pzazz - Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate 80g
A beautiful milk chocolate from North Wales based Coco Pzazz, with a caramel sweetness and hit of sea salt.
- Welshman's Caviar 10g
Pembrokeshire seaweed, hand-collected and gently toasted. A pure hit of Welsh seaweed!
- Snowdonia Rhubarb and Gin Chutney 114g
A zingy rhubarb meets aromatic London dry gin in this new Rhubarb & Gin Chutney. Fruity and sweet with botanical notes and just a hint of warm stem ginger.

Three bottles of Source Tonic Water. Made with the natural spring waters of Llanllyr in Ceredigion.
*Some cheese or other food items in our selections will occasionally be out of season or out of stock. When this is the case we will replace it with something as similar as possible.
Our Seaweed Gin and Cheese Hamper is presented in an attractive 16 inch wicker hamper. The cheese is wrapped in a biodegradable wool sheet to keep it cool and safe in transit, and all glass contents are protected by a recyclable cardboard sleeve.
The hamper comes with tasting notes to tell the recipient all about the gin, cheeses and other contents.
