Seaweed Gin and Cheese Hamper
This beautiful hamper has been created in celebration of one of Wales’ most famous delicacies, laver seaweed. Dà Mhìle seaweed gin is a unique organic spirit created by John Savage-Onstwedder in Ceredigion, West Wales. The seaweed is hand-collected from the Celtic coast and left in the gin for 3 weeks to infuse. The result is a smooth aromatic gin with a hint of sea salt.
We’ve paired the gin with two fantastic Welsh cheeses: Teifi Seaweed – a traditional flavoured Gouda, and Caws Cryf – a sharp extra mature Cheddar. We’ve also included Welshman’s Caviar – dried and toasted laver seaweed from Pembrokeshire, a Fig and Apple Chutney, and a Welsh tonic water.
