Raglan Cheese Wedding Cake
- Thelma Caerffili 4kg
A traditional natural-rinded Caerffili, originally made by Thelma Adams of Caws Cenarth. This cheese has a lovely fresh, slightly lemony flavour in the centre, and the beautiful rind has a more savoury character. These 4kg truckles are made especially for us by Caws Cenarth and they have replaced the 3kg Bodnant Caerffili which we originally used for the Raglan cake and which is shown in the photo.
- Perl Las 2.5kg
Perl Las is a superb Welsh blue cheese made by Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth. This delicious golden cheese was a Gold Medal Winner at the World Cheese Awards in 2015.
- Celtic Promise 550g
Celtic Promise is a washed-rind cheese made by John Savage-Onstwedder on his organic family farm in the Teifi Valley. Celtic Promise has a delicate buttery texture and a distinctively pungent aroma.
- Angiddy 200g
Angiddy is a brand-new award-winning soft cheese launched by Brooke’s Dairy, a family farm in the Wye Valley. Angiddy is mould ripened and similar in style to a camembert or brie.
*Some of these truckles will occasionally be out of season or out of stock. When this is the case we will replace them with something as similar as possible.
