This delicately-flavoured soft goats’ cheese from Y Cwt Caws is handmade by the Jefferies family at their farm, Cors yr Odyn, on Anglesey. All Y Cwt Caws cheese, including Peli Pabo Plain and its fiery sidekick Peli Pabo Chilli, is made using milk from the family’s mixed herd of Saanan, Toggenburg and Alpine goats. The pearls are marinaded in sunflower oil to keep them soft and flavoursome. This creamy cheese is great for spreading on homemade crusty bread, or baking into a caramelised onion tart.
