This beautifully fresh, creamy goats’ cheese was the first developed by the co-founders of Abergavenny Fine Foods, Pam and Tony Craske, and takes its name from their farm. Pant-Ys-Gawn tastes deliciously salty and lemony; try it grilled, spread in a sandwich or crumbled into a salad.
