This traditional French style Brie from Caws Cenarth has a distinctive and well-rounded mushroomy flavour which grows with age. It has a creamy white interior synonymous with a classic Brie, along with a delightfully gooey centre.
- Mon Las 200g
Mon Las is an intensely rich and creamy Blue cheese made by Caws Rhyd y Delyn on Anglesey. This delightfully creamy and salty cheese is produced by following a Welsh take on a Gorgonzola recipe.
- Angiddy 200g
Angiddy is an award-winning soft cheese recently launched by Brooke’s Dairy, a family farm in the Wye Valley. Angiddy is mould ripened and similar in style to a brie or camembert.
- Golden Cenarth 200g
Golden Cenarth is a soft, rind-washed cheese with a string of awards to its name, including Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards 2010 and Best British Semi-Soft Cheese in 2016.

Perl Las is a superb Welsh blue cheese made by the Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. This delicious golden cheese has been a Gold Medal Winner at the World Cheese Awards.
