This goats’ milk Camembert is produced entirely by hand at Cors yr Odyn farm in Dulas on Anglesey, using milk from a mixed herd of Saanan, Toggenburg and Alpine goats. A perfect addition to any cheeseboard, it combines the melting smoothness of Camembert with the lemony freshness of goats’ cheese.
