Hafod (pronounced Havod) is an unpasteurised Cheddar-style cheese with a buttery, rich texture and the slight sharpness that comes with an excellent mature Cheddar.
- Perl Las 200g
Perl Las is a superb Welsh blue cheese made by Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. This delicious golden cheese was a Gold Medal Winner at the World Cheese Awards in 2015.
- Y Fenni 150g
Made from Cheddar spiked with beer and wholegrain mustard, this cheese from Abergavenny Fine Foods really packs a punch.(Replaces Abergoch in photo, which is no longer made)
- Perl Wen 200g
One of Caws Cenarth’s best loved cheeses, Perl Wen is a glorious and unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili.
- Pant Ys Gawn 125g
This beautifully fresh creamy goats’ cheese was developed by Tony Craske, owner of Abergavenny Fine Foods, and takes its name from his farm.
- Ruby Mist 200g
A mature Cheddar with a rich warming hint of brandy and port, Ruby Mist is a silky smooth, sophisticated cheese.
- Thelma Caerffili 180g
Cenarth’s Thelma Caerffili is a more mature version of Cenarth's traditional Caerffili. It has a loose and slightly crumbly texture with a delicate lemony flavour.
- Teifi Nettle 180g
Teifi Nettle is a version of Caws Teifi’s Gouda-style cheese with nettles added for an interesting twist. Like the Teifi Natural this cheese has a mellow, slightly sweet flavour.
- Calon Lan Apple Chutney 311g
Calon Lan Chutneys are made in small batches by hand in Pwllheli on the Llŷn Peninsula.
- Dylan’s Piccalilli 200g
This classic crunchy piccalilli, made by Dylan’s of north Wales, is a delicious accompaniment to cheese.
- Cradoc Beetroot Crackers 75g
These savoury crackers make an excellent base for our lovely cheeses.
- Cradoc Leek and Caerffili Biscuits 80g
These tasty and light wafer biscuits are made in Brecon, Powys.

Our Luxury Welsh Cheese Christmas Hamper is presented in an attractive 16 inch wicker hamper. The cheese is wrapped in a biodegradable wool sheet to keep it cool and safe in transit, and all glass contents are protected by a recyclable cardboard sleeve.
The hamper comes with tasting notes to tell the recipient all about the 8 cheeses, 2 chutneys and 2 boxes of crackers contained within.
