Teifi Natural is an organic raw-milk Gouda-style cheese made by Caws Teifi in Ceredigion. It has a mellow, almost sweet flavour and a dense, smooth texture.

This is a more complex, flavourful version of Pant Mawr Cheeses’ Caws Cerwyn. A tender cows’ milk cheese, it is aged for five to six months to develop a rounded, nutty flavour and a smooth, velvety consistency.
