Bursting with flavour, this cracker-shaped selection box is filled with a delicious selection of handpicked cheeses from across Wales, crafted by local dairies and weighing a total of 2.35kg!

This cracker is BIG!! It’s almost 70cm long, so it’s not going to fit in your fridge! But don’t worry, you can easily remove the cheeses to chill them, or you can refreeze the ice packs that the cracker will arrive with, to keep the contents cold. Or you can also buy all three of our smaller crackers, which together contain the same cheeses as the giant version, for the same price.

  • Cryf 200g This wax-covered mature Cheddar mini truckle has an intense, rich flavour and the creaminess typical of Caws Cenarth cheeses.
  • Angiddy 200g Angiddy is an award-winning soft cheese by Brooke’s Dairy, a small family farm in the Wye Valley. Angiddy is mould-ripened and similar in style to a Brie or Camembert.
  • Beechwood 200g Made by the world-renowned Snowdonia Cheese Company, Beechwood is a subtle, naturally-smoked cheese with a gentle, nutty flavour.
  • Perl Wen 200g One of Wales’ best loved soft cheeses – along with its equally loved Cenarth cousin, the blue Perl Las – Perl Wen is a glorious and unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili.
  • Black Sheep 150g Black Sheep, a firm ewes’ milk cheese in a wax truckle, is one of the latest varieties created by Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire.

Product was delivered on time, in first class condition. The packaging was superb and thoughtful and I loved the map of Wales with the various locations of the cheese producers.
