• Celtic Promise 240g Celtic Promise is a washed-rind cheese made by John Savage-Onstwedder on his organic family farm in the Teifi Valley. Celtic Promise has a delicate buttery texture and a distinctively pungent aroma.
• Hafod 200g Hafod (pronounced Havod) is an unpasteurised Cheddar-style cheese made by hand with milk from the herd of 65 Ayrshire cows at the Holden Farm Dairy on Bwlchwernen Fawr, Wales’ longest certified organic dairy farm.
• Teifi Caerphilly 180g Teifi's Caerphilly is a traditionally-made unpasteurised cheese from one of Wales' most highly awarded artisan cheesemakers.
• Perl Las 200g Perl Las is a superb Welsh blue cheese made by Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. This delicious golden cheese was a Gold Medal Winner at the World Cheese Awards in 2015.
• Caws Preseli 200g This soft, mould-ripened cheese from Pant Mawr Cheeses is mildly tangy and fruity, with a rich flavour and distinctive straw colour. Glossy and characterful, it has scooped both Bronze and Gold prizes at the British Cheese Awards.
• Teifi Mature 180g Teifi Mature is based on the Teifi Natural but aged for between 6-12 months. The maturity gives it a stronger flavour than the Natural and intensifies the complexity of the raw milk giving the cheese a more dense, almost Comte-esque texture and taste.
• Heb Enw Goats Cheese 150g A distinctive goats’ milk cheese from Pant Mawr Cheeses, Heb Enw has a smooth texture and delicate, clean flavour
• Calon Lan Spicy Tomato 311g This delicious chutney is made by hand in Pwllheli on the Llŷn.
• Cradoc's Sea Salted Crackers 80g These crunchy savoury biscuits are made in Brecon, Powys using Halen Mon sea salt.
