This waxed mini truckle from Caws Cenarth contains a light and lemony Caerffili-style cheese with sea salt overtones. It’s made on the Adams family’s Glyneithinog Farm in Carmarthenshire. Ffili Mini is perfect on a cheeseboard, or taking centre stage on a plate of Welsh rarebit.
Caws Cenarth have been making cheese on their farm in the valley of the river Cych in West Wales for several generations. Thelma and Gwynfor Adams spearheaded the renaissance in Welsh cheesemaking in the 1980s, and the business is now run by their son Carwyn.
