This feta-style goats’ cheese from Y Cwt Caws is handmade by the Jefferies family at their farm, Cors yr Odyn, on Anglesey. All Y Cwt Caws cheese, including Ffetys, is made using milk from the family’s mixed herd of Saanan, Toggenburg and Alpine goats.
