Chepstow Celebration Centrepiece

  • Perl Las 200g
Perl Las is a delightful Welsh blue cheese made by Carwyn Adams in Carmarthenshire. This delicious golden cheese won a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards in 2015.
  • Angiddy 200g
Angiddy is a new award-winning soft cheese launched by Brooke’s Dairy, a family farm in the Wye Valley. Angiddy is mould ripened and similar in style to a brie or camembert.
  • Pant Ys Gawn 100g
This beautifully fresh, creamy goats’ cheese was developed by Tony Craske, owner of Abergavenny Fine Foods, and takes its name from his farm.
  • Pwll Du 200g
Made by hand at the Blaenafon cheese shop in the World Heritage site of Blaenafon, Pwll Du (Black pool) Cheddar is flavoured with mustard, leeks and a Brain’s Welsh ale, giving it a tangy, savoury bite.

*Some of these truckles will occasionally be out of season or out of stock. When this is the case we will replace them with something as similar as possible.

*All weights are approximate as these cheeses are all hand made so all truckles are slightly different.
