Our new Chepstow cheese tower is a the perfect cheese selection for a party or a small wedding. It’s made up of an organic raw-milk Cheddar from St Davids, a rich blue from Anglesey, a creamy Brie from Aberystwyth and a mustard-infused Cheddar from Blaenafon. Weighing in at a total of just under 4kg, the cake will serve between 35 and 55 people.

Chepstow Celebration Centrepiece
- Caerfai Cheddar 2kg
Caerfai Cheddar is a traditional unpasteurised Cheddar made by hand on Caerfai Farm near St Davids in Pembrokeshire. It's made with milk from Caerfai Farm’s own cows, and is formed into cloth-bound truckles.
- Mon Las 1.5kg
Mon Las is a rich and creamy Blue cheese made on Anglesey by Caws Rhyd y Delyn. This delightfully smooth cheese is produced by following a Welsh take on a Gorgonzola recipe.
- Abaty Brie 200g
Caws Penhelyg Abaty is an organic, raw-milk soft cheese very similar to a classic Brie. It is made on a very small scale by Roger Yorke in his micro-dairy near Aberystwyth.
- Pwll Du 200g
Made by hand at the Blaenafon cheese shop in the World Heritage site of Blaenafon, Pwll Du (Black pool) Cheddar is flavoured with mustard, leeks and a Brain’s Welsh ale, giving it a tangy, savoury bite.
*Some of these truckles will occasionally be out of season or out of stock. When this is the case we will replace them with something as similar as possible.

All orders are sent out in our attractive recyclable gift boxes, with all cheese wrapped in our wool-based biodegradable insulation which will keep your cheese chilled and well-protected during its journey.
