This beautiful hard goats’ milk cheese is Y Cwt Caws’ most mature cheese; fitting as ‘Taid’ means Grandfather in Welsh. Made with fresh pasteurised goats’ milk on Anglesey, and matured for a minimum of 9 months, it has a fresh but salty taste and is a great addition to your cheeseboard. Produced entirely by hand, using traditional methods and milk from a mixed herd of Saanans, Toggenburgs and Alpine goats.
