This soft, mould-ripened cheese from Pant Mawr Cheeses is mildly tangy and fruity, with a rich flavour and distinctive straw colour. Glossy and characterful, it has scooped both Bronze and Gold prizes at the British Cheese Awards. Try it with a good chutney or courgette and pepper relish.
