Black Bomber, Cheese worth ordering online

I tasted Black Bomber at the Vine Tree restaurant near Crickhowell. I liked it so much I asked the waitress what it was and then ordered some from the Welsh Cheese Co. However I do not normally look for cheese on the internet. It arrived very promptly and packaged superbly in a special box with a cooling block in there. Great cheeses…as usual

I've not had any Welsh cheese offerings for a while and was beginning to really miss it. I've just caught up with my latest rescue package. You really can't get stuff of this quality in the supermarkets! At the weekend it was the kick of a vintage Red Leicester, while today it was creamy slices of the delicious Perl Las that I was tucking into. I like the sustainable approach

There is a clear description of the provenance of each cheese. Delivery time was good and delivery to my daughter's student accommodation a success. I like the sustainable approach to packaging and the local approach to the sourcing and creation of packaging as well as the cheese itself - which was very well-received!
