This romantic gift box contains a lovingly selected trio of fabulous cheeses and a box of gorgeous pink crackers. Our heart-shaped Caws Cryf Cheddar cheeses are made especially for us by Caws Cenarth, one of Wales’ best artisan cheesemakers.

'Brie Mine' Gift Box Contents:

  • Heart-Shaped Mature Cheddar with Chilli & Tomato 230g This extra-mature Cheddar with chilli and tomato is made by Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. This wax-covered heart-shaped truckle, made especially for this gift box, has a deep and rich flavour with the creaminess typical of Caws Cenarth cheeses, and a slight spicy kick from the chilli.
  • Cenarth Brie 200g This traditional French style Brie from Caws Cenarth has a distinctive and well-rounded mushroomy flavour which grows with age. It has a creamy white interior synonymous with a classic Brie, along with a delightfully gooey centre.
  • Gorwydd Caerphilly 180g Gorwydd Caerphilly is matured for longer than most farmhouse Caerphillys, giving it a unique depth of flavour. It has a firm, lemony, lactic core and a creamy more savoury layer just beneath the rind which is known as the ‘breakdown’.
  • Cradoc’s Beetroot & Vegetable Crackers 80g What could be more romantic than pink crackers with your cheese?! These lovely savoury crackers, made near Brecon, have a delicate beetroot flavour and a satisfying crunch.

All orders are sent out in our attractive recyclable gift boxes, with all cheese wrapped in our wool-based biodegradable insulation which will keep your cheese chilled and well-protected during its journey.

We send all orders for overnight delivery with one of the UK’s leading couriers. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to the highlands and islands.
