Brecon Cheese Cake
- Caerfai Cheddar 2kg
Caerfai Cheddar is a traditional unpasteurised Cheddar made by hand on Caerfai Farm near St Davids in Pembrokeshire. It’s made with milk from Caerfai Farm’s own cows, and is formed into cloth-bound truckles.
- Mon Las 1.5kg
Mon Las is a rich and creamy Blue cheese made on Anglesey by Caws Rhyd y Delyn. This delightfully smooth cheese is produced by following a Welsh take on a Gorgonzola recipe.
- Smoked Teifi 550g
Teifi’s traditional gouda-style cheese is cold-smoked over Welsh oak at the Black Mountains Smokery in Crickhowell. Steeped in tradition, this unpasteurised cheese based on a Dutch classic has a deep smokiness that works perfectly.
- Angiddy Heart 200g
Angiddy is mould ripened and similar in style to a Brie or Camembert. The Brooke family use milk from their Jersey herd, which gives their cheese a golden yellow colour and a rich, creamy taste. We’ve commissioned this bespoke heart shaped Angiddy to create the perfect finishing touch to your centrepiece.
*Some of these truckles will occasionally be out of season or out of stock. When this is the case we will replace them with something as similar as possible.
