Black Sheep, a firm ewes’ milk cheese in a wax truckle, is one of the latest varieties created by Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. It is deliciously creamy with a subtle nutty tang and works well on pizza or – of course – a well-stocked cheeseboard.
Despite being a relatively new cheese, Black Sheep has already picked up some awards, including a Gold at the Royal Welsh Show 2019.
