- Teifi Mature 200g
Teifi Mature is based on the Teifi Natural but aged for between 6-12 months. The maturity gives it a stronger flavour than the Natural and intensifies the complexity of the raw milk giving the cheese a more dense, almost Comte-esque texture and taste.
- Caws Cryf 200g
This creamy, extra-mature Cheddar is made by Carwyn Adams and his team at Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire.

All orders are sent out in our attractive recyclable gift boxes, with all cheese wrapped in our wool-based biodegradable insulation which will keep your cheese chilled and well-protected during its journey.
We send all orders for overnight delivery with one of the UK’s leading couriers. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to the highlands and islands.
