NHS advice is that it is very unlikely that coronavirus can be spread through either packages or through food. We have changed our procedures to keep our staff and customers safe, and our couriers have adopted a ‘no contact’ delivery policy. Angiddy is an award-winning soft cheese recently launched by Brooke’s Dairy, a small family farm in the Wye Valley. Angiddy is mould ripened and similar in style to a brie or camembert. The Brooke family use milk from their Jersey herd, which gives their cheese a golden yellow colour and a rich, creamy taste. Angiddy won a Gold at the World Cheese Awards at the end of 2017, just a few months after first being made.
