Click & Collect

You can place a Click & Collect order to pick up from our Taffs Well shop. We are not currently able to take Click & Collect orders for our Victoria Park shop.

How to place a Click & Collect order

1. Browse our site and add some tasty cheeses to your basket

2. At checkout, select ‘Collection from Taffs Well’

3. Select a date for collection (Tuesday to Saturday). If you order before midday from Monday to Friday you will be able to collect the following day.

Collection times

We’re open for collections from 10am – 5pm Monday – Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

If you cannot get to us by 5pm on the collection day you have selected, we will keep your order refrigerated for you and you will be welcome to collect it on our next working day.

Same day/ next day collections

If you have a cheese emergency (as we all do from time to time) we will often be able to process an order for collection on the same day. Please call us on 02922362375 first, to check what’s possible.

Directions

We’re a couple of minutes north of the M4 (Junction 32), and a stone’s throw from the A470. By car, we’re 15 minutes from central Cardiff, 20 minutes from Newport, 45 minutes from Swansea and 25 minutes from Merthyr; and we’re just a few hundred metres away from both Taffs Well train station and the Taff Trail.
