Six Years Of Championing Welsh Cheesemakers!

 

Next week we’re going to be celebrating our sixth year of championing Wales’ fantastic cheesemakers. We’re incredibly fortunate to have so many wonderful cheeses made here in Wales, by such a diverse and talented range of artisan producers. We’re very proud to work closely with 16 cheesemakers, spread across all regions of Wales, from Menai Jones on Anglesey, making her blue Môn Las, to Hannah Turner in the Wye Valley, making Angiddy; and from the small family teams at Caws Teifi and Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, to Carrie Rimes, maker of Brefu Bach, in the foothills of Snowdonia. 

 

To celebrate, we’re going to be launching six new cheeses onto our website between now and Christmas. This will bring the total number of cheeses on our website to well over 70!
