We are continuing to trade and deliver across the UK as normal throughout this period of increased restrictions, but with enhanced safety procedures in place. Thank you for supporting Welsh artisan cheese producers in these difficult times. Diolch yn fawr iawn.

Now open for Click & Collect orders!

At the beginning of the year we were working hard towards opening a shop on our little industrial estate just north of Cardiff. It wasn’t going to be anything fancy, just a small unit next door to our existing premises. We were hoping to pack it full of our favourite Welsh cheeses, and share our passion for cheese with our customers, face-to-face.

When coronavirus came along we had to put those plans on hold. We concentrated instead on the online side of the business, and we’ve been very grateful for all of the orders that you’ve made over the past few months. Now that lockdown has started to ease, we’ve been considering what to do now. It still doesn’t feel like the right time to open a new shop, and the unit is so small it would be very difficult to keep socially distanced, so we’ve decided instead to launch a Click & Collect service through our website from this week (July 16th).

We’re fortunate to be located in a spot that’s quick and easy to access from most of South Wales. We’re in Taffs Well, just a couple of minutes north of the M4 (Junction 32), and a stone’s-throw from the A470. So by car, we’re 15 minutes from central Cardiff, 20 minutes from Newport, 45 minutes from Swansea and 25 minutes from Merthyr. We’re also moments away from both Taffs Well train station and from the Taff Trail.

Ordering will work in exactly the same way as it does for deliveries. You’ll be able to select the day that you would like to collect, and if you order before 11am you’ll be able to select the next day. We’ll be open for collections on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9.30am and 5pm.

We hope to see you soon!
