Meet Our Newest Welsh Cheeses

We’ve recently started stocking two lovely new Welsh cheeses, and we’re really happy that they’re proving extremely popular. So much so that they seem to be selling faster than they can be made!
Caws Penhelyg Abaty  is a delicious new Brie style cheese made by Roger Yorke in his micro-dairy near Aberystwyth. We’ve got a handful in stock at the moment but they’re selling fast.

Trefaldwyn Blue, the beautifully soft new blue that won Best Welsh Cheese at the 2021 World Cheese Awards, is regularly out of stock whilst Clare makes some more for us, but you can add yourself to the waiting list and you’ll be the first to know when it is available again.
