Dol Las and Dol Wen back in stock

One of the delights of working with our artisan cheesemakers is looking forward to a favourite cheese coming back into season. Caws Cenarth’s Dol Wen and Dol Las are two fantastic ewe’s milk cheeses which are now back in season and tasting just as good as we remembered! Dol Wen is a ewe’s milk Brie with a pure white interior. Dol Las is a ewe’s milk version of Caws Cenarth’s fabulous blue Perl Las. It is similarly richly veined and creamy, but cleaner and crisper too.
