Discover Our Delicious New Welsh Cheeses!


Over the past few months we’ve been hard at work at work sourcing amazing new Welsh cheeses. By the end of this week we’ll have expanded our online range to over 60 cheeses! 

We’re delighted to be working with Jones’ Cheese Company, a brand new cheese producer run by Mark Jones in Llandysul, Ceredigion, making terrific handcrafted blue and Brie style cheeses using age-old techniques. Mark’s Tysul Blue is now available on our website.

We’re also one of the first to be selling 2 fantastic new ewe’s milk cheeses from Caws Cenarth. Mamog is a firm cheese that has the clean crisp taste synonymous with a terrific sheep’s cheese. Dol Las is a a creamy blue sheep’s cheese made in a similar way to Cenarth’s famous Perl Las, but distinctive in its more delicate texture and fresher flavour.

We have also started to stock Caerfai Cheddar and Caerffili, which are traditional unpasteurised and organic cheeses made by hand in very small batches on Caerfai Farm near St Davids.

We’re confident that we offer the best possible range of Welsh artisan cheeses, and we’re very proud to be working closely with 14 small cheese producers from all across Wales.
